Jagadish Bandhole, CEO & Founder

Jagadish is a proven leader and a successful entrepreneur in the technology industry. His area of expertise is in his extensive, pragmatic and hands-on approach to innovation in building successful software businesses that serve the needs of enterprise customers. Previously he was the CEO and Founder of Jareva, a pioneer in Datacenter Automation software which was successfully acquired by VERITAS Software. Jagadish started his career at HP working on the original design and compiler optimization team of Itanium chip. He holds several patents in the fields of cloud computing, datacenter automation and management software. He is a charter member at the world-renowned entrepreneur organization TiE actively mentoring entrepreneurs and has also helped start two other ventures. Through his entrepreneurial career he has raised over $30M in venture capital. Jagadish has a Masters in Computer Science from Indiana University at Bloomington and Bachelors in Computer Science from IIT BHU. In his spare time, Jagadish enjoys hiking and outdoor travel with family.

Sekaran Nanja, VP Engineering & Co-founder

Sekaran oversees all aspects of product operations including development, services and SaaS operations. Previously, Sekaran co-founded and served as VP Engineering at Jareva Technologies and continued to lead the product team at VERITAS Software. Sekaran has served in engineering and technical management roles at Veritas, PostX, Borland and Hewlett-Packard. Sekaran holds several patents in the areas of datacenter automation, communications security and encryption. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors from Madras University and a Masters in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.

B.V. Jagadeesh

B V Jagadeesh is a successful serial entrepreneur in technology field, Venture Capitalist and a philanthropist. He co-founded and was CTO of Exodus communications in 1993 that pioneered the concept of Internet data centers. He was instrumental in successful IPO of Exodus in 1998. Jagadeesh seed funded NetScaler and became President and CEO in 2000. NetScaler was successfully sold to Citrix for $325M and Jagadeesh served as Group VP and GM for Citrix application networking division. Jagadeesh has served as CEO and President for 3Leaf Systems. Currently Jagadeesh is a Managing Partner at KAAJ Ventures. His investments include Ocarina Networks, Ankeena Networks, Netmagic Solutions Edurite, ScaleArc, Nutanix and Whodini. He is focusing on both India and US based entrepreneurs. He also worked in Senior positions at 3Com and Novel before founding Exodus. He is based out of Silicon valley, CA.

Zafar Jafri

Zafar Jafri is a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur and angel investor. He founded Telo Electronics, a leading medical manufacturing company, single handedly with just bootstrap funds in 1980s and grew it to over 300 employees, $50M in annual revenue building global partnerships with HP, Siemens and IBM. Telo merged successfully with public company Sanmina-SCI in 1999 and evolved into one of their most profitable divisions. Zafar also served as the President and board member of Delchi Corp, a successful wireless cell tower company. In 2005, he founded InPrintz, a large format graphics company where he currently serves as the CEO. He has made numerous successful angel investments in the tech industry in the past decade. Zafar graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
